PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS

30% of the deposit payment is to be paid upon confirmation for each trip. This 30% deposit is non-refundable.

70% of the balance payment is to be paid a minimum of 60 days prior to arrival.

For any cancellations received 45 days prior to arrival the 30% non-refundable deposit will be charged

For any cancellations received within 45 days prior to arrival or NO SHOW, 100% of the total amount to be charged
